121 Financial Credit Union

The only reason I opened an account with 121 was Karl.  You don't have a branch anywhere near me.  But Karl's personal service and level of dedication is exemplary.  As an old credit union employee myself, I understand that members own credit unions.  Unfortunately, some credit union employees do not understand that concept - it's a 'job' to them.  For Karl, it wasn't a 'job' to him.  He asked the right questions, spoke plainly, sought to understand before being understood.  I simply can't say enough about the manner in which Karl handled and continues to handle my account.  I'm sure I'm one among many of your members who think of Karl when they think of 121.  (And no, he didn't pay me!  LOL)
