Ms. Thomas recognized the value in my 13 year membership and did what was right for me and I can't thank her enough for that. In the age of banks competing for new customers, and low rates amongst them all, service is truly the differentiating factor between them and 121 FCU backed up its mission statement of providing a high level of personal service that day. Because of Ms. Thomas' focus on me, I will continue to be a member for many years to come. In addition, thanks to her assistance, I was able to purchase a brand new vehicle that day and dissolve the stresses of having no transportation.
